Bootstrap

Bootstrap is a ".css" file plus an optional ".js" file that improves the layout of your html page. I use Bootstrap so that I can efficiently scales the websites and applications with a single code base, from phones to tablets to desktops with CSS media queries.

AngularJS is an open-source JavaScript framework. It lets you use HTML as your template language and lets you extend HTML's syntax to express your application's components clearly and succinctly. Angular's data binding and dependency injection eliminate much of the code you currently have to write
